DESCRIPTION:All students are invited to attend the writing workshop being offered on BOTH campuses. We will cover matters of grammar\, formatting\, punctuation\, proper citations\, and proofreading\, as well as questions you might have. The goal is to give you tools that will help you with writing for your seminary career and beyond. \nThe workshop will be held at St. John’s on Saturday 14 September\, 10:00 am-12:00 noon\,  in Room 112 in St. John Hall. \nALL students are welcome. New students are STRONGLY ENCOURAGED to attend. \nIn preparation for this event\, get yourself a copy and please read chapters 1-3 of Kate L. Turabian\, A Manual for Writers . . . Chicago Style (Chicago: University of Chicago Press\, ISBN 13:978-0-226-43057-7)\, either in paperback  or e-text format. \n  \nDMin students will have their own writing workshop during October instensives. \n
