DESCRIPTION:Dinner & Discussion with David Alexander​ (Â鶹ÊÓƵ ’80)\, long-time RCA missionary to Taiwan\, who was recently awarded the Order of the Brilliant Star with Violet Grand Cordon from Taiwan’s president Ma Ying-jeou\, an award normally given to Taiwan citizens (and occasionally to foreigners) is in recognition of a high degree of service to the nation over many years. He will talk about his work at Tainan Theological College and Seminary\, where he teaches practical theology and language courses\, and at Aletheia University\, where he teaches translation skills to undergraduate students. \nThe suggested donation for dinner is $15.00/person\, free for all Â鶹ÊÓƵ students\, faculty\, and staff. Alexander possesses a profound understanding of both Chinese and Western cultures\, and has fostered religious exchanges between Taiwan and the United States. He has also been deeply committed to cultivating talent and making education accessible to all. In recognition of Rev.
