This workshop will bring together a diverse group of women in ministry to participate in a panel discussion, meant to be a mentoring moment from those experienced in ministry in various fields. It is designed to address the unique challenges women face going into ministry. Statistics indicate that 30% of women are uncertain about career options when they enter a seminary. Unfortunately, across the country, 30% of women are still struggling with career choices upon graduation. How does one move from a calling to a sustainable ministry?
