In an email to the seminary community this morning, Â鶹ÊÓƵ president Dr. Micah L. McCreary announced the coming retirement of theÌýRev. Dr. Willard W. C. Ashley, Sr. from Â鶹ÊÓƵ, effective June 29, 2020.

It is with esteemed honor and appreciation that I write to announce the retirement of the Rev. Dr. Willard W. C. Ashley, Sr. from Â鶹ÊÓƵ, effective June 29, 2020.Ìý
Dr. Ashley has faithfully and effectively served Â鶹ÊÓƵ for over 12 years as Director of Field Placement, Dean of the Seminary, Associate Professor of Pastoral Theology, Director of the Center for Clergy Care, and Vice President of Community Relations. Ìý
Â鶹ÊÓƵ applauds Dr. Ashley for his many years of faithful and effective teaching, leading, administration, and advocating.Ìý We wish Dr. Ashley God’s very best in his retirement.
